I took so many pictures of the scenery. I wish I could post them all because none is less incredible than the others. In our society, the word awesome is grossly overused, but if you travel this Route 160, the scenery is awesome. Truly and unequivocally awesome. Seriously, it gave me goose bumps. I’m including some pictures, but nothing can compare to what we saw. We followed the Rio Grande River for a while, went through tunnels carved through mountains, negotiated steep S-turns, and saw a beautiful waterfall called Treasure Falls. […]
